Order Queue Errors
Found under Setup Tab > Amazon Seller Central > Order Queue
After fixing an issue, the payload can be set back to pending to allow the scheduled processing script re-process or the following button can be use to immediately Resubmit when viewing the specific record

Error | Cause | Solution |

No item found in NetSuite with ASIN: <ASIN>- Seller SKU: <sellerSku> - Marketplace ID: 6 | The Seller Sku was not found in the Item Mappings for Amazon per the Marketplace setting | Make sure the Item is mapped properly to the Marketplace by Seller SKU and ASIN. Then the Payload can be put back to pending or View the Record and hit Resubmit |
The host you are trying to connect to is not responding. | Amazon did not respond quick enough or at all | Putting Record Payload status back to pending, should allow to process next time or View the Record and hit Resubmit |
Fee Queue Errors
Found under Setup Tab > Amazon Seller Central > Shipment/Refund Event | Fee Queue
After fixing an issue, the payload can be set back to pending to allow the scheduled processing script re-process or the following button can be use to immediately Process when viewing the specific record

Error | Cause | Solution |

No lines were able to be refunded for the following skus/Line Ids: SKU: <sellerSKU> [ID: <OrderItemId>] The Order Adjustment Item Id does not match any Sales Order Amazon Line ID | Amazon Issue not using the correct OrderItemId from the Order API for the Line item on the Shipment or Refund Event from the Finance API | Amazon Support Case would need to be opened to ask them why there is a wrong OrderItemID for the SKU in the Shipment or Refund events from the Finance API for these. Support Notice posted on this: Amazon Seller Central Finance API Not using correct LineID for Shipment events (Fulfillment) or Refund Events The Following Errors are occurring as Amazon Finance API stopped using the correct LINE ITEM ID "OrderItemId" for the Finance Shipment Events and Refund Events that no Longer Match with the Order API Line Item ID "OrderItemId" for item SKUs Ordered. "OrderItemId" Field in the Finance API Events Not Matching the "OrderItemId" Field Value that was on the Order API Please Open a Case with Amazon Support to find out why. WORKAROUND Then Put in Pending or hit the re-process button |
