Order Queue Errors

Found under Setup Tab > Amazon Seller Central > Order Queue

After fixing an issue, the payload can be set back to pending to allow the scheduled processing script re-process or the following button can be use to immediately Resubmit when viewing the specific record

No item found in NetSuite with ASIN: <ASIN>- Seller SKU: <sellerSku> - Marketplace ID: 6

The Seller Sku was not found in the Item Mappings for Amazon per the Marketplace setting

Make sure the Item is mapped properly to the Marketplace by Seller SKU and ASIN.

Then the Payload can be put back to pending or View the Record and hit Resubmit

The host you are trying to connect to is not responding.

Amazon did not respond quick enough or at all

Putting Record Payload status back to pending, should allow to process next time or View the Record and hit Resubmit

Fee Queue Errors

Found under Setup Tab > Amazon Seller Central > Shipment/Refund Event | Fee Queue

After fixing an issue, the payload can be set back to pending to allow the scheduled processing script re-process or the following button can be use to immediately Process when viewing the specific record

No lines were able to be refunded for the following skus/Line Ids: SKU: <sellerSKU> [ID: <OrderItemId>] The Order Adjustment Item Id does not match any Sales Order Amazon Line ID

Amazon Issue not using the correct OrderItemId from the Order API for the Line item on the Shipment or Refund Event from the Finance API

Amazon Support Case would need to be opened to ask them why there is a wrong OrderItemID for the SKU in the Shipment or Refund events from the Finance API for these.

Amazon Seller Central Finance API Not using correct LineID for Shipment events (Fulfillment) or Refund Events

The Following Errors are occurring as Amazon Finance API stopped using the correct LINE ITEM ID "OrderItemId" for the Finance Shipment Events and Refund Events that no Longer Match with the Order API Line Item ID "OrderItemId" for item SKUs Ordered. 

"OrderItemId" Field in the Finance API Events Not Matching the "OrderItemId" Field Value that was on the Order API
createReturn: Error: No lines were able to be refunded for the following skus/Line Ids: SKU: <SKU> [ID: <ID>]
createItemFulfillment: Cannot find Order Line: <ID> from Item Fulfillment.

Please Open a Case with Amazon Support to find out why. 

WORKAROUND
For the Payloads in the Fees Queue in error:
Change the "OrderItemId" Field Value in the Shipment or Refund Event in the Amazon Fees Queue Payload, to match the one found on the Sales Order Line Field "In8 Amazon ID" for the Corresponding SKU.

Then Put in Pending or hit the re-process button 

SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT: The host you are trying to connect to is not responding.

Manually Created RMA found with; No Event Date

Someone create a RMA with the same Amazon Order ID in NetSuite VIA UI and has the Amazon Order ID field listing the ID

if the RMA is for same RMA Manually Created, either

  1. Complete the Manual RMA and Mark this payload as Completed

  2. Delete the Manual RMA and Put the Payload to Pending or View Payload and hit Process to have the RMA created from the Amazon Payload instead

Item Mapping Missing for the Seller SKU per Marketplace

Make sure the Item is mapped properly to the Marketplace by Seller SKU and ASIN.

Then the Payload can be put back to pending or View the Record and hit Process
