(ASC) FBA Inbound Shipments

Inbound Shipments for FBA Stock Transfers being Send to Amazon. ACS bundle creates Transfer Orders for the Inbound FBA Shipments and also Creates Receipts for the Transfer Orders

Requirements

Marketplace is Enabled to Pull and Process Inbound Shipments for FBA stock Transfer to Amazon

Create Transfer Order in NetSuite

When a FBA Inbound Shipment is logged into Amazon, Integration will pull and process the Inbound Shipment to create the Transfer Order in NetSuite for Stock needing to be sent from Seller Warehouse to FBA warehouse Location.

Due to Limits on scripting through NetSuite Default Suitelet for “Use Item Cost for Transfer Cost” checkbox, integration will not be able to automate the creation of Item Receipts if the “Use Item Cost for Transfer Cost” is checked.

Using the feature "Use Item Cost as Transfer Cost" on an Amazon Inbound Shipment Transfer Order and performing Multiple Fulfillment records against the Transfer Order will require Receiving to be done Manually in NetSuite for the Amazon Inbound Shipment and cannot be Automated by In8Sync Integration, due to a purchaseordermanage.nl suitelet that when produced is not scriptable in this situation.

In order for Automation to work and automatically Receive, Please Fulfill All Items on the Transfer Order on ONE Fulfillment when sending to Amazon Fulfillment Center.

To Vote for this limitation to be overcome, please vote for the NetSuite Enhancement # - 689772

Fulfilling Inbound Shipment Transfer Order

Inbound Shipment Transfer Orders should be fulfilled by Seller when the Items are sent out from Seller Warehouse being shipped to Amazon Fulfillment Center.

If this process of Seller creating Fulfillment for the Items Shipped against the Inbound Shipment Transfer Order is not completed, on Receipt of the Transfer Order the integration will attempt to Fulfill the items needed for Item Receipt.

Receiving

Amazon DirectConnect Integration when Pulling and Processing the Inbound Shipments receiving payload, it will receive the Items listed from Amazon API for which Items they report have been received.
