(ASC) Promotion Fees Mapping

1. Log in to

Amazon Seller Central.

1. Navigate:

Reports → Payments → Payment Dashboard → All Statements

1. To acquire all possible fees and charges, download three (3) or four (4) of the latest settlement reports updated on NetSuite.

Make sure to download the Flat File V2 since this format is more compatible with the integration.

1. Import the files on

Google Spreadsheet.

1. Extract the following data:

a. Promotion-Id

b. Amount-Description

• Make sure to remove the duplicated data by using this function:
  =unique(column M,column N)

• Also, there are promotion ids with no corresponding description, remove them completely.

1. Extract these datasets to another sheet.

How To Setup Promotion ID

1. Go to Canada marketplace.

2. Navigate: Fees/Other Charges → In8 Amazon Promotions

   

1. Fill this out using the data from the spreadsheet for the

Promotion-IDs.

Operator → Matchpattern → Promotion ID → Keywords → Charge/Fee Name → Copy/Paste Spreadsheet

By using the Matchpattern, it automatically matches the keywords from the Promotion ID to its corresponding item.

1. Add all data.
