(ASC) SuiteTax With Amazon

If SuiteTax is enabled in the NetSuite account, the integration needs to stop Tax from being listed on the Order and handled in the Settlement Report, or when the Allow Taxes on Transactions is enabled to only list the Tax Line on the Order leaving all other Fee/Charges outside the Item Line to the Settlement Report.

Seems to do this the Parameter/Mapping for “salesorder” to mark the “taxdetailsoverride” needs to be done

From Setup Tab > Amazon Seller Central > Parameters & Mappings > Create New Mapping with

• Main Fields

  • Record Type = salesorder

  • Name = Tax Amount Override

  • Setting = The Marketplace setting needed

• Mapping Fields

  • NetSuite Field = taxdetailsoverride

  • Fixed Value = T
