Sales Order Sync
Overview
Sales Orders will sync to Lightspeed X-Series once set up, per your specifications. Typically, when syncing orders from NetSuite to Lightspeed X-Series, the orders will display their current status. Possible statuses include:
SAVED, or Lightspeed X-Series status 'Parked'
The Order still needs to be completed and paid for in Lightspeed X-Series
CLOSED, or Lightspeed X-Series Status 'Completed'
The Order is paid and NetSuite is syncing to Lightspeed X-Series as record only
AWAITING_PICKUP, or Lightspeed X-Series Status 'Pickup - Unfulfilled'
The Order is paid and waiting to be picked up. (Please Note: In this instance, it is recommended that the checkbox under the Lightspeed X-Series subtab is also checked to sync, as shown below. This will avoid possible sync errors.)
AWAITING_DISPATCH, or Lightspeed X-Series Status 'Delivery - Unfulfilled'
The Order is paid and waiting to be delivered. This status is nearly always reserved for Orders at locations with drivers who can deliver locally. (Please Note: In this instance, it is recommended that the checkbox under the Lightspeed X-Series subtab is also checked to sync, as shown below. This will avoid possible sync errors.)
After syncing to Lightspeed X-Series, NetSuite will pull and retrieve the matching Sales Order based on the Lightspeed X-Series ID from the sync. The Sales Orders with the following statuses below will then attempt to auto fulfill & auto bill:
CLOSED
DISPATCHED_CLOSED
PICKED_UP_CLOSED
Examples of Sales Order Sync Mappings and Conditions
In the example below, we can see that the company has created a sync mapping for the following conditions:
Sending for duplicate BILLED NetSuite orders to Lightspeed X-Series
Sending for pickup on BILLED NetSuite orders to Lightspeed X-Series

In the next example, mappings have been created for:
Sending for pickup
Sending for delivery from store

Per the mappings, NetSuite has been commanded to sync if the following conditions are met:

Sales Order Mappings Conditions
Sales Orders are only created when the Setting to NOT skip Sales Orders is disabled, OR when the Order meets one of the following conditions:
Kits with Components with Serial, Lot or Bin items
Delivery Unfulfilled
Pickup Unfulfilled
Layby
