The Scheduled Script “In8 Shopify Puller SS” Pulls every 15 minutes for Customer/Orders.

Defaults

• Orders Created/Update from Last time we Pulled, Date Time in UTC in Shopify Settings Page
  Location: Setup Tab > In8sync Shopify > Settings
  

  

  • Default Status of Orders to pull is “Financial Status = PAID” & “Fulfillment Status = Not Fulfilled”

    • Exception: POS orders are allowed as “Financial Status = PAID” & “Fulfillment Status = Fulfilled”; due to POS being Cash and Carry and come in already Fulfilled.

  • Puller does allow for Refunded, Partially Refunded, Cancelled, and POS order to be pulled when Archived(Closed) as of Bundle Version 2.7.3.

• Customer Only Created and Updated based on Last Sync Date/Time as Orders, when enabled in the Shopify Settings to pull those alone.

• Fulfillments: Shopify To NetSuite, when enabled, does have a Separate Deployment Required with “Shopify Endpoint” = “fulfillments” (without quotes):
