Issue: Zap Troubleshooting

Resolution:

Please ensure that the following is Completed:

  • Licensing active

  • Zapier Role has been Copied to make a Custom Zapier Role

  • The Custom Zapier Role has all the Required permissions for Zapier to effect the records needed in NetSuite

  • Making Sure the Token Based Authentication(TBA) is completed against that Custom Role that is on the NetSuite User that is Active & Setup with latest Zapier NetSuite APP version currently 1.6 in Zapier

See Setup Guide

Zapier Record RL - Main Script to review when the Zap is sending to NetSuite to Create/Update records in NetSuite.

The execution logs on testing or sending data to NetSuite will allow seeing the Payload Sent into NetSuite and response NetSuite gave to further see and compare to the NetSuite Record needed to make sure everything needed is being sent to NetSuite.

When Getting Unexpected errors in NetSuite is is good to review the Actual record being Created/Update based on the Data Zapier is sending to make sure no required fields are missing on the Zap Configuration
