The Custom Zapier Role has all the Required permissions for Zapier to effect the records needed in NetSuite
Making Sure the Token Based Authentication(TBA) is completed against that Custom Role that is on the NetSuite User that is Active & Setup with latest Zapier NetSuite APP version currently 1.6 in Zapier
See Setup Guide
Zapier Record RL - Main Script to review when the Zap is sending to NetSuite to Create/Update records in NetSuite.
The execution logs on testing or sending data to NetSuite will allow seeing the Payload Sent into NetSuite and response NetSuite gave to further see and compare to the NetSuite Record needed to make sure everything needed is being sent to NetSuite.
When Getting Unexpected errors in NetSuite is is good to review the Actual record being Created/Update based on the Data Zapier is sending to make sure no required fields are missing on the Zap Configuration

Issue: authentication failed: The credentials you supplied are invalid. URL: https://<accountid>.restlets.api.netsuite.com/app/site/hosting/restlet.nl?script=customscript_zapier_subscribe_rl&deploy=1 - Response code: 403 - {"error" : {"code" : "INVALID_LOGIN_ATTEMPT", "message" : "Invalid login attempt."}}
Resolution: The error above seems that the Token Based Authentication setup is incorrectly configured in NetSuite.
Please make sure the Following was Done in NetSuite, then you might need to re-Connect the NetSuite APP in Zapier
Make Sure a COPY of the Bundle Role "Zapier" i.e. "Zapier-Custom" Making sure the permissions on the Zapier-Custom role needed for controlling the NetSuite Records
Set that Role on a NetSuite User that will be Kept Active in NetSuite
Generate Token and Secret against the User above with the Zapier-Custom Role Save and store the Token and secret in case needed in future
In Zapier, re-connect the NetSuite APP, using the NetSuite Account ID <accountid> for production (without Carrots) or <accountid_SB1> for sandbox (without Carrots) Setting the Token and secret. ENSURE the connection is using 1.6 or later NetSuite APP Version
